Tell us what you are trying to solve. An engineer reads your brief and comes back with a straight view on what it takes, what it costs, and whether you need us at all.

What happens next

Four steps, no mystery

  1. 01

    Send the brief

Four fields and a description. No discovery questionnaire, no fourteen-step wizard, no account to create before you can ask a question.

  2. 02

    An engineer reads it

Your brief lands with the people who do the work, not a call centre working a rotation. If we are the wrong fit we will tell you at this stage rather than book a call to say so.

  3. 03

    You get a 30-minute call

Focused on the problem you described. Scope, rough cost, sequencing, and the parts you could reasonably do yourself.

  4. 04

    You decide

Proposal, a second call, or nothing at all. We do not run a follow-up sequence and we will not chase you.

Who reads your brief

No call centre in between

An engineer, not a salesperson

The first reply comes from someone who can actually assess the problem. Sales conversations happen later, only if you want one.

Whoever owns the relevant discipline

Infrastructure questions go to the infrastructure engineer, security to the security engineer, and so on. You are not routed through a generalist first.

The same person, end to end

Whoever picks up your brief stays with it through the scoping call. You will not re-explain your situation to a new person each time.

What makes a brief useful

Three things that help

You do not need to diagnose anything before contacting us. These three things just make the first reply sharper.

What you are running now

Rough headcount, how many sites, and whether IT is handled in-house or by a provider. This shapes the whole conversation.

What is actually going wrong

The symptom you notice, not the technical cause. “The shared drive is slow after lunch” is a better brief than a guess at the root cause.

Your deadline, if you have one

An office move, a lease ending, an audit date. Dates change the sequencing entirely, so it helps to know early.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers

What does the first call cost?

Nothing. The 30-minute scoping call is free and there is no obligation. If we think you do not need us, we will say so, and that happens more often than you would expect.

We are not in Metro Manila. Can you still help?

Yes. We support clients across the Philippines and remote teams working for overseas companies. Most work is delivered remotely, and onsite visits are scheduled when the job genuinely needs hands in the room.

We already have an IT provider. Is this a pitch to replace them?

Not unless you want it to be. Plenty of the scoping calls we take are about one specific problem a current provider does not cover, or a second opinion before signing a contract. You are not asked to move anything to talk to us.

How technical do I need to be?

Not at all. Describe what you notice and what it costs you. Working out the cause is our job, not a precondition for getting in touch.

What if my problem turns out to be small?

We will tell you how to fix it yourself, or quote the small job as a small job. Not every enquiry needs a project behind it.

Can you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. If your brief touches anything sensitive, say so in the message and we will put a mutual NDA in place before the scoping call.

Or go straight to the form

Not sure your problem is big enough to ask about?

Ask anyway. Working out whether a job is worth doing is part of the first call, and “you probably do not need us” is a real answer you might get.
