Your domain stays yours
A domain registered in an agency’s account is a hostage situation waiting to happen when the relationship changes. Registration stays in your name, with registrar access documented, so you are never negotiating for your own brand.
- Domain registration and renewal management
- Account access documented and handed over
- Expiry monitoring with advance alerts
This is usually when we get the call
- The domain is registered under a former agency’s account
- A certificate expiry takes the site down every year or so
- Nobody is certain which records point where since the last host migration
- Renewal invoices arrive that nobody can match to an active service
The plumbing that quietly breaks sites
Expired certificates, drifted mail records and a host that silently stops renewing are common causes of outages nobody planned for. Certificates renew automatically and DNS records are reviewed as part of the service.
- DNS hosting, records and mail routing
- SSL/TLS certificates with automated renewal
- Migration between hosts with no mail loss

Before the first call
- Login details for your current registrar and host, even if they are messy
- A list of domains and subdomains in use
- Confirmation of who should receive expiry and uptime alerts
- Any mail records that must not change
Most delays in any engagement trace back to access, decisions, or content. Naming these up front is what keeps a project on schedule.
Straight answers
Should the domain be in our name or yours?
Yours, always. Registering a business domain under a supplier’s account creates a dependency that is painful to unwind. We manage renewals and records on your behalf while the registration stays in your account.
What happens when a certificate expires?
That is what automated renewal prevents. Monitoring covers expiry dates and uptime, with alerts going to a monitored address so renewals do not depend on somebody remembering a date.
Can you move us to a different host?
Yes, including migrating mail without loss. The migration is planned around mail flow, and DNS changes are staged so the switch does not create a gap.
Who do we contact if the site goes down?
Us first, and we diagnose whether it is DNS, hosting, the application, or your network. If it is the hosting provider’s fault we handle that conversation, since escalating to support desks is exactly the kind of work you should not be doing.
