Which one do you actually need?
Before you pick anything
Can we start with just one service?
Yes, and most clients do. Plenty of engagements begin with a single piece of work, such as a network rebuild or an email migration, and grow from there. There is no requirement to take everything at once.
Do you replace our existing IT provider?
Not necessarily. Where a provider handles one piece well, such as the accounting software or the point of sale, we coordinate rather than forcing a replacement. We take on the parts that are not working.
How is this different from hiring an IT person?
One hire gives you one skillset and one point of failure, and they take leave. A retainer gives you the range of skills a business actually touches, with cover when someone is away. Some clients run both, with us handling what one person cannot.
We are not in Manila. Does that matter?
No. We support clients across the Philippines and remote teams working for overseas companies. Physical work such as cabling or installs is scheduled around your location, and everything else is delivered remotely.
Not sure which solution you need?
Tell us what is slowing your team down. We will scope it on a free 30-minute call, and if the answer is that you need nothing yet, we will say so.
